Addressing communication between Military veteran’s spouses is crucial in promoting family relationships and marriage stability. patterns MATERIAL AND METHODS: Ninety-six veteran spouses were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The communication patterns and positive feelings questionnaire were measured before the intervention and two months afterward. RESULTS: After pattern (P = 0.02) and mutual avoidance pattern (P ≥ 0.001) were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group. the intervention, the demand/withdraw CONCLUSION: The finding provides evidence for the necessity of implementation of communication skills education in assistance services for Military veteran’s wives.
