To Boat or Not to Boat - Placeholder Storage

1. TO BOAT OR NOT TO BOAT? When we first conceived of Placeholder Storage it was as a full service RV storage facility serving Tomball, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Conroe and surrounding areas. The vision was to build a place with generous 45’ spaces that would accommodate even large motor coaches in covered storage slots. We included a 16’ high roof to make sure there would be no risk of top end damage and threw in dedicated electric plugs for each slot so our renters could maintain their batteries. Then the phone calls started; “do you take boats?” At first it didn’t seem like a boat owner would have much use for the amenities we offered but after talking to several potential customers we realized that there was an opportunity to serve a wider customer base. With our large bays we can accommodate boats with more robust

2. dimensions. Particularly those that won’t fit into the enclosed storage units or that hang over two spaces on the traditional storage lots. At Placeholder Storage these larger boats slide easily into our spaces so we now call ourselves Placeholder RV and Boat Storage!
