LVI Associates, the new name in Infrastructure Recruitment Phaidon Launches Group’s Infrastructure Powerhouse Phaidon International, the global, micro-specialist staffing group, is excited to announce the merge of its two Energy recruitment brands; Laking Group and Viridium Associates, forming a new brand called LVI Associates. LVI Associates will specialise in permanent and contract recruitment services within the Infrastructure market. Laking Group focused on the traditional Oil & Gas markets, whilst Viridium Associates the Renewables and Sustainable Energy markets. With the changing economic climate around the Oil and Gas market, there was an opportunity to refocus a number of teams and look at the wider infrastructure space. This new focus incorporates ‘Energy’ and has also opened the potential to look at new areas for the business. “The decision to expand into the encompassing Infrastructure space was based on macro market conditions and an opportunity for the team to refocus. LVI Associates has been built to evolve our structure and offering to move with an ever changing market place. We now have specialist teams which can offer support to clients spanning the full lifecycle of any infrastructure project; from initial designs, through to construction and eventually operations”, commented Benjamin Deschampsneufs, Executive Director at Phaidon International.
