1. SAV Associates New Announcement SAV signs up two public companies as clients in October. Both clients are leaders of their respective industries: One of the clients is a leader in corporate and protective garments manufacturing and supply. The client is a TSX listed company. SAV won the internal audit outsourcing engagement for this client. SAV will operate and manage client’s internal audit function. The primary focus of this engagement will be assisting the entity in complying with the requirements of NI 52-109, ISO certification, SOC2 requirements and regulatory timelines. The second clients, a leader in integrated customer communication solutions in Canada. The client is a subsidiary of a US Listed company. SAV will assist the client with their SOC1 and SOC2 assurance. SAV achieved a successful result by presenting our strength of being an agile and nimble service provider with deep cyber security, IT audit and SOC reporting experience. SAV proposed a customized readiness assessment process recognizing the Company's stakeholders’ desire for a trusted advisor to assist in directing subsidiary’s leadership in achieving the compliance goals. SAV will lead all parts of the assurance process including the readiness assessment, gap assessment, remediation action plan assessment and issuing the SOC reports.
