In Summary… • JL is the framework for our conduct approach. • JL is not about “being nice” but is about helping our residents learn and grow. • Being a judicious leader means treating others as adults and leading by example. • We do not only use this philosophy when something goes wrong. • Be excellent (and judicious) to each other. (Havlatka, R. and Satter, D. 2012).
