  1. Booker T. Washington HSPVAOrganizational Charts 2011-2012 • There are a number of very important groups and committees which comprise the organizational structure of Booker T. Washington HSPVA. These exist to serve the school by increasing staff input, improving communication, and incorporating best practices to enhance teacher empowerment. These groups function within the following precepts: • All meetings will open for any staff member or stakeholder to attend. • The meetings will be posted on the weekly calendar as well as in the school’s website • Minutes will be maintained at each meeting. • Minutes will be published via email as well as via the school’s web site and public folders. Copies of minutes will be maintained in a designated site. • Membership on the committees is open to any interested party.
