Circulation Statistics Reports • Daily circulation and reserve charges • Selection criteria - Transaction selection: • Station: CIRC1, CIRC2, CIRC3, CIRC4, CIRCSUP, NIGHTSUP, STUDSUP, RESV1, RESV2, RESVSUP, ERESERVE • Transaction date range: starting 1 day before the report run date, ending 1 day before the report run date • Command: Charge item part B, Charge reserve part B, renew item, renew user part B, renew reserve • Output options: column - total, row - item home location • Weekly circulation use counts (browse counts in NOTIS) • Selection criteria - Transaction selection: • Station: CIRC1, CIRC2, CIRC3, CIRC4, CIRCSUP, NIGHTSUP, STUDSUP, RESV1, RESV2, RESVSUP, ERESERVE • Transaction date range: starting 1 week before the report run date, ending 1 week before the report run date • Command: Use item • Output options: column - total, row - item home location • Media monthly circulation charges, renewals, discharges, item uses • Selection criteria - Transaction selection: • Station: MEDIA1, MEDIASUP, ACCESSASST • Transaction date range: starting 1 month before the report run date, ending 1 month before the report run date • Command: Charge item part B, Charge reserve part B, renew item, renew user part B, renew reserve, Discharge item, Use item • Output options: column - item home location, row - item type
