  1. Body and mind benefits of building muscle Muscle plays a vital role in many areas of your health. Maintaining muscle is an aspect of long-term health and ​standard muscular body type ​gives you longevity. The average person in the world starts losing muscle as early as age 25. From 40 to 70 years old people lose muscle average 8 percent per decade then accelerate to 15 percent after age 70 in the world. Your muscle tissue is the most significant factor in the function of your metabolism and muscle loss causes you physical and cognitive decline. Here are some ways muscle supports your body and mind: #1. Muscle helps control blood sugar Liver and skeletal muscle store glucose as glycogen in the body. but, if you can’t do exercise regularly and efficiently, train with weights, you lost your ability to store carbs in the stomach and when you don’t have a place to put them, blood sugar rises, the pancreas secretes insulin, and you store fat in the body. however, the more muscle you have, the more storage you create for glucose. So go ahead, but you must get to the fitness center and build muscle, too. #2. Muscle makes stamina and strength in the body The stamina and strength come from the growth of new muscle fibers, as well as new energy-producing machines called mitochondria, and produce energy more efficiently in the body and make it ​standard muscular body type. ​you can easily carry your groceries without needing a cart while shopping. Your newfound stamina and strength make you a participant in your daily life instead of a bystander. And if you are not focusing on building muscle and strength, your body will break it down. #3. Also, muscle support your joints Muscle protects your joints from the effects of stepping off a curb the wrong way. But if you have strength and coordination, you’ll catch yourself rather than crashing. On the other hand, the hormonal effects of building muscle can help repair other tissue and also alleviate some of the pain you feel. #4. Also building muscle builds bone, too. Physical tension and resistance problem stimulate the growth of muscle maa and bone density. Your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscle and also uses proteins, magnesium, vitamins D and K and calcium to build bone because all these are necessary for bone health and if you losing muscle, you are almost losing bone density.
