Analysis of SET/NUP214 Fusion Gene Expression in Various Cell Lines

This study investigates the expression of the SET/NUP214 fusion gene in different cell lines using 0.1 kb ladder as control. The cell lines studied include KOPN-39, KOPT-6, MEGAL, LOUCY, SR-786, UG-3. Hydrogen20 was used as negative control. The data was analyzed for Exon 7/NUP214, Exon 17, and Exon 18 of SET gene.
