  1. KB – Two-Handed KB Swing • Stand up straight with feet a bit wider than hip width apart • Hold a kettlebell with both hands keeping the palms facing down and arms in front of body so it is hanging between the legs • Keep the back straight and core engaged and bend the knees and hips simultaneously driving the hips back and lowering the body • In a fluid motion, explosively drive the hips forward while swinging the kettlebell up level with the chin, keeping the arms straight throughout • N.B. The motion should come from the hips and not the arms as the body returns to standing! • Lower the weight back down between the legs as you lower the body back down again • Keep the swinging motion going for desired amount of repetitions Created by: stewart.kearney927@mod.uk
