  4. Stains Adhering Material Shell Shape Shell Texture Body Checks Shell Thickness Very Small cage marks. None Normal Small scattered calcium deposits. Ridges not affecting shell shape. Free from thin spots. Standards for an A Quality Shell Egg

  5. Stains Adhering Material Shell Shape Shell Texture Body Checks Shell Thickness Slight stain up to 1/32 of the shell. None Can be round or long pointed. Uneven texture, large calcium deposits. Definite ridges. Pronounced thin spots. Standards for a B Quality Shell Egg

  6. Stains Adhering Material Prominent Stain over 1/32 of the shell. Adhering material ( feather, yolk, manure,etc.) Standards of a Dirty Shell Egg
