Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS): A condition that causes an irresistible urge to move your legs, often accompanied by uncomfortable sensations. Narcolepsy: A disorder that causes excessive daytime sleepiness and sudden episodes of falling asleep during the day. REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD): A disorder in which a person acts out vivid and often violent dreams during REM sleep. Circadian Rhythm Disorders: A disruption of the body's internal clock, which can cause difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep at the appropriate times.

This includes sleepwalking, night terrors, and a sleep-related eating disorder. Sleep Paralysis: A temporary inability to move or speak when falling asleep or waking up.
