  2. FQHC’s Requirements Expand outreach & enrollment capacity a. Maintain expertise in AHCCCS eligibility and add Marketplace b. Perform i. Public education – join your area Cover AZ Coalition, coordinate with community groups ii. Help individuals access coverage options B. O&E staff complete all required training & comply with rules C. Conduct in-reach D. Collaborate with others

Allowable Uses • Raise awareness, provide eligibility and enrollment services to patients & residents • Minimum of one new FTE • Pre-award costs up to 90 days • Consider hiring veteran • Computers and movable equipment • Local travel • Cannot use for: • Patient care • Activities other than O/E • Supplanting other sources of funding

  4. Coverage – Spreading the $$$$ • FQHC’s in Arizona have approximately 140 clinical sites. • Each FQHC was awarded an amount based on a CMS formula. • Most funding will go towards expanding clinic based edibility staff and adding computers for consumer use.
