Before establishing her own firm,Haaby & Associates, LLC in 2018, she worked with many leading companies contributing to their growth through her innovation strategies. A graduate of Linfield College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Human Resource Management, Sonja L Haaby had an extensive career in banking and finance as branch

Her education, financial background, and problem solving skills played a key role in helping her diligently perform her job responsibilities in the new company. In the coming years, Sonja worked as a Staff Accountant at Kerkoch Katter & Nelson LLP, Bend, Oregon; as a Tax Preparer at Excellence in Taxes, Bend Oregon; and also served as a Staff Accountant at Watson Development and Alliance Professionals, LLP. Besides that, she also worked as an HR Specialist/Office Manager/Senior Accountant at Capstone CPA’s, LLC.
