Regulatoryand Legal The conference employs legal counsel to: Provide support for conference members in federal and state regulatory proceedings involving logistics issues affecting their companies. Provide legal support for individuals of member companies negotiating agreements for supply chain or logistics services. Act as a spokesperson recognized by the US Congress as an expert on logistics matters affecting member industries. Act as the conference’s Washington watchdog by protecting member interests in legislation that affects their companies. Allow members to benefit from 31+ years of experience in transportation law. Publish communications that keep members informed of regulatory and legal concerns that could potentially impact the conference.
