  2. VisionStatement The Health and Personal Care Logistics Conference (H&PCLC) is dedicated to promoting the goals of their member manufacturing companies by supporting their supply chains through education, provider relations, government relations, advocacy, and professional networking.

H&PCLC Overview • Health & Personal Care and Pharmaceutical Industries has been fulfilling the needs of supply chain professionals within the healthcare industry since 1922. • The H&PCLC conference has evolved and changed over time to encompass all areas and subjects relevant to the supply chain, including collaborations with key service providers. • Based in Washington, DC, the H&PCLC now serves a global community of professionals working in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries. • The H&PCLC works to influence current and future logistics regulatory issues, including security and compliance issues. • The H&PCLC is biannual, occurring each spring and fall. Regulatoryand Legal The conference employs legal counsel to: Provide support for conference members in federal and state regulatory proceedings involving logistics issues affecting their companies. Provide legal support for individuals of member companies negotiating agreements for supply chain or logistics services. Act as a spokesperson recognized by the US Congress as an expert on logistics matters affecting member industries. Act as the conference’s Washington watchdog by protecting member interests in legislation that affects their companies. Allow members to benefit from 31+ years of experience in transportation law. Publish communications that keep members informed of regulatory and legal concerns that could potentially impact the conference.
