CTS QMS Features • Collects force management statistics for traffic offices. • Reports all statistics in a quarterly, hourly or daily format. • Provides information on operators and operator studies. • Uses the moving average method to project required operator staffing positions based on historical information.

  10. CTS QMS Reports Position Seizures displays the IPS (initial position seizures), RPS (recall position seizures), TPS (transfer position seizures) and the sum of all three.

  11. CTS QMS Reports Work Volumes displays the CBWV (call busy work volume), NCWV (non-call work volume), IDLT (idle time) and the sum of the above.

  12. CTS QMS Reports Average Work Time Queues displays the AWT (average work time) for each queue.

  13. CTS QMS Reports Forecast Graphs: CTS QMS has numerous options for displaying forecasting information including horizontal bars, pie graphs, vertical bars (shown below) and ribbon.
