  4. Defining Leadership • Leadership is “the process of influencing an organized group toward accomplishing its goals.” (Roach and Behling)

  5. What does leadership involve? • Research to determine when, where, and how to accomplish something. • Skills of understanding leadership situations and influencing others to accomplish group goals.
