six-pack abs, do lots of cardio, resistance training, and changing your diet.Box squats are a great exercise for building your

quadriceps. Box squats are great and will give you explosive power while doing squats. Grab a box and put it behind you.

Then simply perform a normal squat but stop and hold it when you are positioned right over the box. Your work out and

exercise regime should become a part of your every day routine. Simple exercises, like walking on stairs, can be beneficial

to your health.
