WES is just like internet banking – you complete each step in order before you go on to the next section.
Log into WES:
Enter your username, password and DOB
Once you are logged in…
(don’t forget to enrol for BOTH semesters)
Enrolment Declaration – your electronic signature
By agreeing you are agreeing to use and check your student email account regularly – you should check it on at least a weekly basis
How do you know it has worked?
A ‘transaction number’ will appear on your screen every time you make a change or complete a module. Record your transaction number for future reference.
You will also receive an email in your student account with the details of what you have done on WES every time you make a change or complete a module.
What if I cannot enrol via the WES?
Check Step 5 of the Enrolment Guide at http://www.monash.edu.au/enrolments/first-time/domestic/enrol-units.html and follow the step-by-step instructions.
You should start getting comfortable with using the WES as this will be a vital resource throughout your degree.
