Cette disposition assure l’appui de proximité et relativement permanent des producteurs. L’équipe est appuyée administrativement et logistiquement par 2 Assistantes administratives (Manakara et Farafangana), 2 femmes de nettoyage de bureaux, 3 chauffeurs, 1 mécanicien et 6 gardiens.
