  1. How to Reduce School Stress and Balance Daily Life? School time is the time to explore, learn, enjoy and prepare yourself for your future. Cushioned in the love of parents, school life is the halcyon we cherish for our lives. But these days, with increasing academic stress, unhealthy schedule and reduced focus on health, school life is becoming synonymous to stress and anxiety. Below are some sure-shot ways to help you deal with school stress and strike a balance in your daily life. 1.Set a schedule Set a schedule for yourself with different slots for studying different course subjects, like solving math problems is such a difficult and time consuming task. Make sure you have slots for breakfast, lunch and other day-to-day activities too. The more comprehensively you include the minor activities done, the better will you be able to manage (and save) time. Most importantly, follow the schedule strictly and religiously to manage time wisely. Many online applications have some wonderful features to help you manage time. These apps will let you know: ✓The number of hours overused or left ✓The number of hours you have spent on different activities in the week

  2. ✓The subjects which you have studied most and ones which you have studied less. Some such apps the apps are Shovel study app, My Study Life and Go Conquer Timetable. You just need to log in with your email ID to use all the features of the apps. So, do not miss out on weekend parties or trips with your friends and family. Consider it as necessary as your studies. While in school, always remember that your life is not only meant for grades, assignments and studying. Unless you have a healthy social life, the other aspects of your life won’t flourish either. 3.Keep a timeline of important events Maintain a calendar with the events you need to attend the year-round marked in it. Mark all the important dates. That means you mark the due dates when you need to submit your assignments, the date for the school prom and football playoff, your best friend’s party that you must admit, etc. The more you track dates, the better you get to deal with your anxiety.

  3. 4.Develop a positive attitude We know it is easier said than done but developing a positive attitude can help you overcome stress to a great extent. There are many techniques you can practice every day to grow a positive attitude. You can volunteer to help someone. Doing good for others has its advantages. It will boost your self-confidence and generate a positive outlook. 5.Visualisations can help All great people at one time or other were great dreamers and visualised their success much before. Imagine yourself completing all your targets. Visualise how your life will change if you take care of your friends. Visualise yourself to be that 'cool guy' of the class, and you will not feel stressed to handle your academicaffairs. 6.Meditate and exercise Exercising produces a lot of endorphins (also known as the ‘happy hormones’) that help fight stress. Moreover, it allows you to sleep well. Meditation is a sure-shot way of soothing frayed nerves too. Just sit for half an hour with your eyes closed and take deep and gentle breaths, and you will feel calm. Your life is in your hands, and only you can save yourself. So practise these tips to welcome positive change into your life.
