  4. Cassidy Elementary – Renovation • Work Completed in Last 30 Days: • Primary electric conduit at new Cassidy parking lot. • Foundations for 2-Story Admin/Classroom and Music Rm./Mech. Rm. Additions. • Masonry mockup complete and block work begun on additions. • Under slab plumbing and electrical rough-ins installed and inspected in 2-Story Admin/Classroom Addition. • Under slab plumbing and electrical rough-ins begun in Music Rm./Mech. Rm. Addition. • Current Work Effort (June): • Primary electric conduits to new transformer pad location. • Site storm and sanitary sewer work will begin at front of building. • Gas, water and fire protection utilities will begin into building. • All Phase 1 foundation and ground floor slab concrete will be complete. • Block masonry bearing wall installation to continue.

Russell Cave Elementary – Renovation • Work Completed in Last 30 Days: • Footing and foundation walls continue: 40 feet of footings poured and 38 feet of foundation wall have been poured • Interior wall footings: 200 feet have been poured. • Footings at new mechanical enclosures have been poured. Pads for mech units at kitchen and new transformer and generator have been poured. • Current Work Effort (June): • Additional work on footings and foundation at the new addition will continue. New floor slab will be poured in two weeks, weather permitting. • Installation of the new leach fields for the septic system will begin installation in the front lawn of the building. • Kitchen/Cafeteria demolition and renovation will begin. • Renovation of (4) classrooms on the south side will begin. • Masonry restoration on the existing building will begin the week of June 8th.

Phase 1A has begun. • Barricade fencing, storage facilities and stored materials now on site. • Owner-provided staff is on-site moving large amounts of furniture and equipment out of areas to be renovated. • Owner-installed portable classroom units appear to be nearly complete. Electrical connections underway. • Owner-provided asbestos abatement being performed in cafeteria. Nearly complete. • Current Work Effort (June): • Sanitary sewer extensions also underway. • Roof being demolished and new roofing installed throughout the month of June. • Floor demolition complete in kitchen and cafeteria and under-slab plumbing installation has begun. • Earthwork and site demolition of paving and concrete has begun. • Duct work and electrical work has begun.
