Alteraciones asociadas B. REVISIÓN DEL TEMA 1.Adenopatías • Pericolónicas: neoplasia (DxD diverticulitis)‏ • Hipodensas: Tbc. • Conglomerado retroperitoneal: linfoma. 2. Afectación de la grasa:sugiere la presencia de un proceso inflamatorio activo. • Proliferación fibrograsa rodeando al colon es características de Enf. Crohn (Fig. F). • Proliferación grasa perirrectal es más típica de la Colitis ulcerosa (Fig. G). F G
