Human Resources • Demonstration of MyABC on 3 Oct • 16 Agencies present • ~ 60 personnel in attendance • In-house solution which provides • Applicant Tracking ● Training • Employee Transactions ● Employee Performance • Hiring Forms ● Security • Personal Information ● Time Keeping • Possible interim agency solution • Stand along or within a shared service environment • Saved ABC 16-20 hours of work per pay clerk per pay period • DHRM has asked to lead Workgroup • Announcing at HR Conference • Workgroup to form in November

Application Portfolio • CETR web application User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scheduled for week of 27 Oct. • CETR web application to be read-only until mid November • VITA EA is performing Quality Control (QC) on all returned Phase 1 spreadsheets. Statistics as of last Thursday: • 41 of 70 Agencies have submitted Phase 1 spreadsheets • 30 of 41 have been QC checked by VITA EA • 20 of 30 QC checked spreadsheets returned to agencies seeking additional information • 14 of 20 agencies have returned QC Phase 1 spreadsheets • We plan to send out HR and Payroll costing spreadsheets to agencies this week.

Primary Business Domain Enterprise Application Phase 1 Inventory Status • Received application information from 32 of 70 Agencies • Received 15 of 19 – Large Agencies (Avg 66 Apps) • Received 10 of 27 – Medium Agencies (Avg 18 Apps) • Received 7 of 24 – Small Agencies (Avg 8 Apps) • Agencies completed 73% of the 32 questions asked about each application • Application Count: 1160 (estimate ~1900 total applications) • Application Client Type: 33% have Web-Browser Clients 11% Mainframe Emulator 30% No Response • Application LifeCycle: 46% Long-term Agency Application 9% Agency replacing < 2 years 18% Agency replacing in 2 – 5 years 25% No Response • Web Services: 17% of all Applications can easily Publish and Consume Web Services
