  2. “Live with water strategy”means: • Acknowledge that rivers need space • Making use of river basins without destroying the ecological functioning of rivers and lakes • Apply creativity and technology to adapt land use to natural dynamics.

  4. Healthy Yangtze project: • Phase 1: starting up and defining focal points of cooperation related to IRBM and the “Live with water” strategy. • Phase 2: strengthening of the cooperation on some specific topics.
