  28. Reason for Fundraiser • Eliminate need to pay for any baseball items • Needed Items (By All Players/Coaches) • 1.) Baseball Hats ($25) • 2.) Practice T-Shirt ($10) • 3.) School T-Shirt ($15) • 4.) Baseball Socks ($5) • 5.) Banquet ($10) • Final Cost = ($65 per player or coach)

Cut Week • Begins on Monday, March 8th • Ends on Wednesday March 10th • ALL CUTS ARE BASED ON SCORED CRITERIA • Final Roster is posted Wednesday AM at School • Cut athletes have opportunity from 3-4 PM to talk with coaching staff or set up appointment • NO PARENTS will be seen until athlete has been seen first by coaching staff to go over evaluations • What we are looking for at cut time, (see packet)

  32. Regular Practices • Begins @ 4:30 on March 10th • Normal practices will be either • 1.) Scrimmage Based Practice 3 – 6 PM • 2.) Skills Based Practice 3 – 5 PM • 3.) Conditioning Based Practice 3 – 4:30 PM • *** 90 % of the time option 1 occurs. • Options 2 & 3 are more likely during the season • Expect a updated practice schedule after cuts

  33. Scrimmages • See packet page for information • Cincinnati Trip • 1.) Leaving Friday • 2.) Overnight stay with game Friday and 2+ Saturday • 3.) Lodging information • 4.) Itinerary • 5.) Cost = Booster Stipend Plus FR money.

Games • Home Games • Arrive in Locker room IMMEDIATELY after school • Dressed and Ready for Field by 3:00 PM • Leave once all duties are done for all • Expect to be done between 20 minutes to 40 minutes after the last out. • Away Games • Dismissal or early dismissal needs to be QUICK!!! • Players are expected to help load and unload bus • Players need to be in full uniform except Cleat and game jersey on bus by the assigned time. NO SANDALS! • Players are to ride the bus home unless there is an emergency or family function to go to. Players cannot ride home with other parents period! • Dress • Uniforms are expected to be worn properly at all times during game day • Bus Conduct • School rules apply as does rules regarding cell phones, I-Pods, etc… • Expectations • 100% Compliance from all
