  1. Project Timeline-International Grant Projects Tasks Shared by Club’s Committee’s

  2. Contact DGSC with Project Idea • Both Rotary Clubs: Less than “5” Active Projects? • Both Rotary Clubs : Outstanding Reporting Required?

  3. Complete Project Assessment (Visit Project Site) • Email “Project Description” in Application to DGSC for Review • Project Approved to proceed with planning-DGSC

  4. Submit Project to Club’s Board for Approval • DGSC approves transfer-Clubs can solicit DDF • Select Club Project Committee (3 Rotarians)

  5. Host & International Partner Clubs-Set Dates-Project Timeline • Project Letter’s-List Club’s Project Responsibilities • Cooperating Organization? (Letter of Participation)

  6. Complete Project Budget-email to DGSC for review • Both Clubs-Review Completed Application • Both Clubs-Complete Application Signatures

  7. Submit (2) Copies of MG to “ONE” DGSC for Approval • DGSC Secures DRFC Signature for DDF Authorization • DRFC Secures Gov. Signature for DDF Authorization

  8. DGSC Sends Application to TRF for Approval • Confirm Receipt by TRF • Receive any Outstanding Requirements from TRF • Forward any Outstanding Requirement to TRF

  9. Grant Approved-The Rotary Foundation • TRF-Sends Announcement letter with requirements • Fax Letters of Agreement and send club $$$ to TRF

  10. Grant Approved for Funding by TRF • TRF wires the Funds to start Project • Rotary Clubs-Purchase Items for Project

  11. Host Club works with Int. Partner Clubs on Project • Project Site Work Completed • Final Report: Due two months after Completion • Project Not Completed-12mth. Progress Report Due • TRF Closes Project-Final Project Completed
