This study investigates the proportion and absolute number of BrdU-labeled B-cells in sheep infected with two strains of Bovine Leukemia Virus (BLV) over a period of days post-infection. We compare the BrdU labeling in BLV-negative (Sheep 4533) and BLV-positive (Sheep 4536) sheep. The data highlights the changes in B-cell populations and their potential implications for understanding the immune response to BLV infection.
