THE MEANINGS The entrance The blurred camera shot at the beginning presents disorientation of the viewers perception of what is happening, where the scene is set and what we are being introduced to. We can immediately see that there is a hierarchy between the supposedly deceased man and the man walking down the stairs.

  5. THE MEANINGS The atmosphere What is happening in the scene is presented in a way where the viewer can see its something sketchy or illegal, we can see this because of the lack of professionalism which suggests he’s not an actual doctor and theres something bad happening. The low lights also give a creepy atmosphere.

  6. THE MEANINGS The final shot The “surgeon” pulls a chip out of the “dead” man which leaves the viewer in wandering what it is, what is does and what is going to happen next. As a viewer we are shown the man is “dead” but we cant be sure as anything can be happen and the chip will leave us wondering what it is.
