Verbs - Infinitives • The form of verbs that you find in the dictionary are called infinitives. • Infinitives in English are preceded by “to” • Infinitives in Spanish end in “r” ie…jugar - to play, comer - to eat, escribir - to write, nadar - to swim, etc.
