Ultrafast Dynamics in ZnO/ZnMgO Multiple Quantum Wells

This study investigates the ultrafast dynamics occurring in zinc oxide (ZnO) and zinc magnesium oxide (ZnMgO) multiple quantum wells. Through advanced time-resolved spectroscopy techniques, we examine the excitation and relaxation processes, revealing insights into carrier dynamics, exciton behavior, and their implications for optoelectronic applications. The findings contribute to the understanding of charge carrier transport and recombination mechanisms in these semiconductor nanostructures, highlighting their potential for high-speed optoelectronic devices.
