  5. Relationship self Important and strong relationships Identify the 5 people you work most closely with How important are these people to your success as a manager? If the relationship is very important – score 5 If the relationship is not important - score 1 How strong is your relationship to these 5 people? If it is very strong – score 1 If it is weak – score 5 A strong relationship is one where you feel very excited at meeting the person A weak relationship is one where you want to avoid the person at all costs Multiply the scores to reach a total Section 5 - Relationships
