  10. Code Requirements • The Environmental Protection Officer (EPO) may approve a setback waiver if the affected property owner signs a Letter of No Objection. However, EPD has received three letter of objections: • Mr. and Mrs. Gallarelli at 2812 Marquesas Court, who are the adjacent, affected property owners stating that they are opposed to the location of the dock and its proximity to their property line. • Brad Thompson of 2828 Marquesas Court. • Ms. Shelia Thompson on behalf of the Architectural Review Board of Butler Bay.

  13. Action Requested Uphold the recommendation of the EPO to approve the request for Administrative Waiver for a four (4) foot setback.
