  2. DEFINITION OF MEETINGS Formal or informal deliberative assembly of individuals called to debate certain issues and problems, and to take decisions. Formal meetings are held at definite times, at a definite place, and usually for a definite duration to follow an agreed upon agenda.

  4. GOLDEN RULES TO START UP A MEETING The meeting should be conveyed only when it is essential. Meetings should have time schedule and must begin and end on time. They must have clear and specific and sub agenda. They must have clear objectives. Meeting should be end on a pleasant note. Action oriented meetings should be prepared and circulated after the meeting.
