  2. Question 1: Singapore Employers are bringing in more foreigners into our workplace.

  3. Question 2: There are more foreigners than locals working at your current workplace

  4. Question 3: Foreign workers are better able to take hardship as compared to local workers

  5. Question 4: Singaporeans are pickier in choosing jobs nowadays

  6. Question 5: The influx of foreign labour will threaten the job security of Singaporeans

  7. Question 6: The lack of local talents in Singapore compels employers to search for talent overseas.

  8. Question 7: The quota of foreign workers, currently set at 25% is too high for Singapore employers.

  9. Question 8: We should cut down the current quota of foreigners an employer is allowed to employ

  10. Question 9: We have more jobs than our current local population can handle

  11. Question 10: A foreign workforce is vital to Singapore

  12. Conclusion • A majority of the surveyed agreed with our proposed solution of reducing the current foreign labour quota, as highlighted in the responses to questions 7 and 8.
