Group - I New Additions • Complete assessment and share results of study on TM, Farmer owned and Processor owned CPs • Document lessons learned at selected sites on equipment procurement, CP financing, setup, efficiency etc. • Conduct a desk study on the use of LPS for milk conservation and proposed a pilot in phase - I

  3. New Additions • Document and disseminate lessons learned on the economics of feed mills and other feed technologies • Document lessons learned in the engagement process of private sector such as milk processors, BDS provider • Document best practices at farm level on positive deviants

  4. What needs to be adjusted • Strengthen the involvement of research & regional teams in stakeholder engagements • Synchronize research & regional office team’s activity plans with country office plans • Coordinate planning and refine feedback process on progress reports and studies carried out at country level through a functional RAC and other meetings • Commit to action points
