Main Points from Planning Session • Membership Drive – Goal to increase airline membership • Asia Pacific, Europe, North America airlines • Meeting Planning “What’s In It For Airlines” • Send simple emails to Herbert by July 10,follow-up in Stuttgart (how would you answer Q) • Herbert to lead, Anne to facilitate, ALL to participate (suggest topics, one is “Cost Effectiveness in Training”) • Having contacts at Airbus and Boeing/Alteon is part of the “what is in it”. Who else? Related topic ideas? • Strategic Alliance with Halldale (EATS, APATS and WATS) • Goal – presentation & booth presence • Stuttgart Planning • Anne & Jack to create agenda template • Theme must be selected/created • admin@aicc.org

Financial Report • AICC is financially fairly healthy • Money in the bank • Fiscal year runs from June to May • All the invoices for membership have been sent out • One airline has cancelled its membership (Thai) • Returns are pretty promising so far • Budget for the year indicates that our projected income should cover expenses
