We need to learn…. • How can we get to lower energies through combination of several/many moderate/small size telescopes? • How can we build versatile full-sky observatory through combination of moderate FoV of individual units? • How can we build many reliable telescopes inexpensively to achieve large collecting area? • How can we achieve the highest angular resolution and background rejection to improve sensitivity at low energies?
