  3. What is Excelsis? • Exciting new education programme for Independent and International Schools • Focus on broad range of extra-curricular activities • Opportunity to develop skills for university and employment • Captures the experience!

  6. Age Groups The Excelsis Award is available at three levels: • Foundation (Years 7 – 8) • Intermediate (Years 9 – 11) • Advanced (Sixth Form)

  7. How does it work? • Complete 50 hours and any two Skill Domains for the Standard Award or 100 hours and all five Skill Domains for the Honours Award at each level chosen • Record participation through evidence such as photographs, testimonies, log book, film, etc. • Build a portfolio, including Skill Domain Logs for each skill completed

  8. Certification • Decide who has finished the programme • Internally verify portfolios • Complete online certificate request form • Sample of centres on an annual basis by ASDAN Education

  10. Cost • ASDAN Centre Registration£85 +VAT per annum • Student book incl. certificate£12 each • Subsequent certificates£4.15 each all prices valid until 31 August 2012
