Current Activity with CBs Some Things to Watch for During Assessments • Matrices received early Dec 2011 and early Jan 2012 • No CB’s were suspended for lack of matrix received • Clients that did not schedule their audit by 4 Jan 2012 should be suspended or being suspended. • If not, action should be taken by ANAB (NCR’s, suspension)
Current Activity with CBs Some Things to Watch for During Assessments • CB’s that did not complete their 2011 required audits (of their clients) action should be taken by ANAB (NCR’s, suspension). • CB’s should be processing certificates within 90 days of the audit, some audit activity is going longer (NCR’s, re-audits, etc.); what action is the CB taking on the certificate if over 90 days? • Some clients proceeding with transition audit when they are not prepared, taking NCR’s, delaying suspension.
NEW Activity with CBs Coming Soon- Will notify CB’s ASAP, via Heads Up • Matrices are to be maintained • New tallies will be required by the CB’s on a monthly basis • SR001 Revision
