This heartfelt photo captures the spirit of Thanksgiving 2009, featuring the wonderful members of the Between Friends Book Club. At the center is Mrs. Harris, who recently faced the profound loss of her daughter, Tammie. Despite her challenges, including being in a wheelchair, Mrs. Harris radiates warmth and love. Her husband, who has lost his legs, adds to the loving atmosphere of the gathering. A special thanks to the Powell family and the Youth Group of Thomaston, GA, for making this memorable occasion possible.

  2. Thanksgiving 2009 Book of Blessing Provided By Between Friends Book Club

Here is a picture of  the group and Mrs. Harris (Sitting in Center).  Her daughter just died last month;  Tammie Harris.  Tammie had a son that is about 7.  Mrs. Harris is in a wheelchair and her husband is too.. the husband has no legs but has a great loving welcome about him.  it was a great pleasure.  thanks Between Friends Book Club & Powell (Shameika) family for making this possible.
