  2. STEP 1 Visit www.owners.org – click the MEMBER LOGIN as shown above

  3. STEP 2 Enter your (already-registered) E-mail Address and Password

  4. STEP 3 Once logged in, click on the VIEW MEMBERSHIP CARD icon

  5. STEP 4 Your Name Here Your City, State Member # Here #123456789 THIS IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD. PLEASE PRINT IT OUT FOR USE. Cut to shape and place in wallet if desired. CARD INSTRUCTIONS THE CARDHOLDER IS ENTITLED TO four (4) complimentary room nights per year in standard accommodations at every member hotel. Each stay should not exceed two (2) consecutive nights and may not exceed two (2) total nights per month. Only the cost of the room is complimentary. Cardholders are responsible for all incidental charges and related taxes. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE by calling the IHG Owners Association Reservations line as follows: US and Canada – call 1-877-500-4244 Mexico – call 01-800-00-999-00 Europe, Australia, China, New Zealand, and Singapore – call +800 62 800 800 All other countries – call 00 63 2 857 8748 OR From anywhere globally – call 001-770-604-5555 option 5 and your call will be transferred CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel a reservation, the cardholder must call IHG Owners Association Reservations or the hotel directly and obtain a cancellation number. No-shows will be handled at the discretion of the General Manager and are subject to a full one night’s regular rate plus tax. ONLY THE CARDHOLDER MAY USE THE IHG OWNERS ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP CARD. Cardholder must be present at check-in and show valid photo identification with membership card. IHG Rewards Club points do not apply. THE IHG OWNERS ASSOCIATION CARD MAY NOT BE USED during, 2 days before and 2 days after group meetings, conventions, and hotel industry-related meetings/events (including IHG Owners Association meetings, IHG meetings/events and IHG Annual Conference.) OTHER: The cardholder is responsible for adhering to all guidelines of the program. IHG Owners Association reserves the right to revoke membership privileges at any time for misuse of the card.
