Highlights • Service Availability: • Retail and Market Operations SLA targets were exceeded for all systems • Nodal Market Systems missed one SLA target (EMS LFC) • Storage Area Network disk issues (1/7) • Market Information Repository (MIR) failed over to alternate site due to storage disk device failure • Web services unavailable (MIS, Report Explorer, API) for up to 2 hours • Unplanned site failover (1/11) • As a precautionary response to a failed power supply alert, CMM, CRR and MIR were failed over to alternate site • 47 Current Day Reports were missed • Users were unable to access web services (MIS, Report Explorer, API) for up to 70 minutes COPS/RMS
