  1. The true definition of Cloud Computing & Free Cloud Storage Explained!!!

  2. Introduction Global technology is moving towards the cloud, and its moving away from traditional software. It has gained significant traction over the years, and looking ahead, it promises to provide next-gen technology to store data and collaborate on a global level. Data can be accesses through mobile devices as well. Cloud computing in simplicity is defined as software outsourcing, free cloud storage, and data processing. Users can access any file or information with a simple internet connection. Information is hosted on a global network of secure data centers. This improves processing power, enhances collaboration, and share files as well. Users have the ability to send large files. Cloud computing is the most efficient way of providing computational resources.

  3. This improves processing power, enhances collaboration, and share files as well. Users have the ability to send large files. Cloud computing is the most efficient way of providing computational resources. All these resources are subscription based, users need to pay a monthly or annual fee instead of buying expensive licenses. The entire infrastructure is managed by the service providers for high performance and maximum security, the entire computing configuration is handled in a remote manner rather than being centralized, thus if users require higher cloud storage, they have the flexibility to raise the capacity for business spikes.

  4. What was it before cloud computing technology? There was a time when users, companies, or employees could only access files from local hard-drives or terminals at the workplace. The installation of expensive software and hardware infrastructure on each computer would cost the company hefty expenses. If it was an in-house configuration, the data or information would be stored on large machines stored in rooms or closets to prevent machines to get overheated. Failure of a single device could be catastrophic in terms of the data it holds. Huge Servers – There is no need to host data on large machines kept in closets or ventilated spaces.

  5. Inhouse IT support- Companies do not require a dedicated team of specialists to manage their data. There is no need to update computers one-by-one, as it has been completely eliminated by cloud technology. Storage Devices – No need of carrying or storing data on external hard-drives or any other device. Information Loss – Data that is stored on a local system is quite vulnerable to data loss or failure. Data stored on the cloud is safe and protected by multiple protocols. Data Garbage – There is no need to store all the files, users can make changes to the file, and the file can be accessed by various colleagues.

  6. Location Access- Employees and managers no longer have to be present in the office. They can be productive from anywhere around the globe. Outdated Software – Software updates create heavy expenditures every year. Companies have had to buy newer versions of the application

  7. Cloud Storage – a modern way to store data Free Cloud Storage or Cloud Storage eliminates the headache of storing data on local drives, and you do not have to manage any hard drives or external devices. You only pay for what you use, and users can even scale resources as and when required. Why is it better? Cloud Storage is better as it creates a personal storage space for users. Features that come with cloud storage can be listed as follows – Easy Accessibility – Data from the cloud can be accessed from anywhere. As it is stored on a server network, it is not tied with any local device. This enables real-time collaboration within teams that work on a remote basis.

  8. Scalable – With a pay-as-you-go model, cloud storage is flexible and scalable wherein resources can be scaled based on the requirement. Users do not have to get stuck on one plan. With cloud storage, it is easy to scale, power, storage, and bandwidth based on user requirements. No update hassles – With web-based software like the cloud, the application is updated from the side of the service provider. Thus, the vendor handles every update related to maintenance and troubleshooting. Speed – Cloud storage services are extremely fast as data is transmitted as an on-demand service through secure data-centers for maximum performance and efficiency. Security – With cloud storage, information is kept safe, and it is not vulnerable to natural disasters like flood, earthquake, fire, etc. This is due to the fact that data is stored on redundant servers.

  9. Key Takeaways • Users are moving to the cloud wherein they do want Free Cloud Storage or Free Online Storage to store their data. It serves as a personal storage space for various users on the web. It has proved to be a big shift from traditional storage and the way IT businesses work and think. Storing and sharing files on the cloud makes data: • Cost effective • Global • Fast • Productive • Reliable • Secure
