  2. Pedagogo. Cursó el Máster en Innovación y Tecnología Educativa en la UNED (España). Especialista en Pedagogía Empresarial por la Universidad Panamericana; diplomado en Gestión Educativa. Consultor internacional en e-Learning y en procesos de Change Management. Fue miembro del Grupo de Investigación sobre Interfaces y Plataformas Educativas ARAMIIS-IRIT (España-México), en particular en la línea de trabajo “Relación hombre-máquina”. Ha sido líder de proyectos educativos en el sector público y privado. Autor de más de una docena de artículos y textos de divulgación sobre política y tecnología educativa. Actualmente está escribiendo el libro: “Comunidades de aprendizaje: la desescolarización como resistencia cultural en América Latina”. Dirige la Facultad de Ciencias de la Conducta y de la Educación de la Universidad Tamaulipeca.
