  1. Representational Box Design

  2. Steps to Follow! (this is a review from the video) Create design and complete the top of the box Measure out size for bottom of box, should be ½ inch shorter on the sides Measure really well or the whole thing does not work!! 3. Cut all (top sides, bottom, bottom sides) 4. Lay pieces out as shown below to make sure that all sides are cut exact! Top sides Top Top sides Top sides Top sides

  3. 5. Lay out bottom sides in the same way as the top to check measurements. 6. Tin all the edges of the sides, (from video, this is just to cover all foil with a thin solder layer 7. Solder together the top sides (as shown in video) and bottom sides Remember to not solder top or bottom on before you know the sides slide together easy! Line up the pieces edge to edge as shown. To start you must tack the pieces with just a drop of solder. Once you know all piece fit together, tack on top and bottoms then run long solder seams on all edges. No need to do the inside, this is why you tinned the edges

  4. In the end all seams should look like this! A small amount of solder can go on top of a seam like this to give it a slightly more rounded edge, it will just look slightly more finished. Blue= glass Orange= solder seam

  5. You can do a design in the bottom too!
