Scan to Fax with Toshiba via SMTP • Configure the MFP for SMTP email integration • Walk up to the MFP and choose "Scan to Email". • Enter the email address in the format: "fax number@fax.company.com" (ie. Scan to: 408-852-8116@fax.castelle.com) • fax.company.com resolves to the FaxPress Email Gateway / FaxPress Plus fax server. • Place the document to be scanned on the MFP and hit the scan button. • User can store fax address as 2nd email address for recipient in MFPs address book.
