ENQUETES ACCIDENTS • ACCIDENT • événement lié à l’utilisation d’un aéronef, qui se produit entre le moment où une personne monte à bord avec l’intention d’effectuer un vol et le moment où toutes les personnes qui sont montées dans cette intention sont descendues, et au cours duquel : • une personne est mortellement ou grièvement blessée du fait qu’elle se trouve: • dans l’aéronef • en contact • directement exposée au souffle des réacteur • l’aéronef subit des dommages ou rupture structurelle • résistance et performances avion • réparation importante CDT DUPIN

ENQUETES ACCIDENTS • APPLICATION • Dans la présente annexe, les spécifications qui concernent l’état de l’exploitant ne s’appliquent que s’il s’agit d’un aéronef loué, affrété, ou banalisé, et si l’état de l’exploitant n’est pas l’état d’immatriculation et exerce au regard de la présente annexe, en partie ou en totalité, les fonctions et obligations de l’état d’immatriculation. ENQUETES ACCIDENTS • NOTIFICATION • ACCIDENT OU INCIDENT GRAVE SURVENU SUR LE TERRITOIRE D’UN ETAT CONTRACTANT A UN AERONEF D’UN AUTRE ETAT CONTRACTANT • Responsabilité de l’état d’occurrence • adresse un notification à: • l’état d’immatriculation • l’état d’exploitant • l’état de conception • l’état de construction • l’OACI si m > 2250kg CDT DUPIN

ENQUETES ACCIDENTS • NOTIFICATION • ACCIDENT OU INCIDENT GRAVE SURVENU SUR LE TERRITOIRE D’UN ETAT CONTRACTANT A UN AERONEF D’UN AUTRE ETAT CONTRACTANT • Responsabilité de l’état d’immatriculation et de l’état de l’exploitant • Fournir à l’état d’occurrence tous les renseignements utiles et informer l’état d’occurrence de son intention de se faire représenter à l’enquête.
