  6. 1 • Tend to see many options - can see/ argue for all sides 2 Always more data emerging so more possible solutions or conclusions 3 More Adaptable and adapt in a sort time which helps to eliminate conflicts.

  8. Limitations May over-complicate and lose energy for action Few things are black and white May fail to give due consideration to time pressure and priorities.
