  5. Benefit of CAS Emails from participants • Given us the steps and motivated our team. • Excellent to hear from other institutions, speakers and presentations. The community of practice is very useful. • It has helped to focus the various sites as we move into program management. • The level of engagement on the webinar was great. Congratulations!

  6. Some Challenges • Connecting, sharing and support between webinars • Complexity of topic • Medico-legal aspects of the checklist • Timing of the sessions • Are the topics running faster than what is possible to do locally?

  7. More Ah Ha’s Three Phases of the Checklist - Workflow Adaptation is Key Caution: Over-customization Checklist is solution to a goal - what is yours? Reduce harm? Reduce errors? Improve teamwork? Improve communication? Something else?
